92 Game account delete: closing an account properly

Published

People decide to leave a platform for all sorts of reasons: they have lost interest, they spent more than they meant to, or they simply want their number and wallet details off a service they no longer use. Closing a 92 Game account properly takes a few deliberate steps, and the obvious one — deleting the app — is not one of them.

DEMO This page explains how the mechanic works on the real platform. On this site it is simulated — no funds move, and no payment details are ever collected.

Uninstall, sign out, close or exclude

These four are often treated as the same thing. They are not, and choosing the wrong one leaves the account, and sometimes money, behind.

What each way of leaving actually does

The platform does not publish a closure or self-exclusion policy. Ask, and keep the written reply.

Is there a delete button?

The account screens documented for this site show an Account tab with a service centre — Settings, Feedback, Announcement, Customer Service, Beginner’s Guide and About us — and no self-service option to delete or close the account. Apps change between versions, so open Settings on your own install and look before assuming. If there is nothing there, closure is a request you make to support, not a switch you flip.

Settle these before you ask

Once an account is closed you may lose access to its screens, so do the housekeeping while you still can.

  1. Deal with the balance. Withdraw what is withdrawable. Bonus money with unmet turnover may not be, and the conditions do not relax because you are leaving. The rules on what can be withdrawn and when are covered in the withdrawal guide.
  2. Wait for pending withdrawals to complete or be refused before closing. A request open at the moment of closure is the hardest kind to chase.
  3. Screenshot your history. The Deposit, Withdraw and Transaction History screens are your only record of what went in and out.
  4. Note your UID from the Account tab. Support needs it to find the account at all.

Requesting closure

Write through the Customer Service entry in the Account tab. A clear request includes your UID, the registered phone number, a plain sentence asking for the account to be closed, and two questions worth getting answered in writing: what happens to any remaining balance, and whether your bound wallet or bank details and phone number will be removed from the account. The customer service guide explains which channel handles what.

Never send your password or a verification code with the request. A genuine support agent does not need either, and anyone who asks for one is not genuine. After you receive confirmation, sign out on every device, uninstall the app, and remove any saved password from your browser.

If you invited other players

Members who used the invitation link or agency features have subordinates attached to the account and may have commission or partner rewards in progress. Raise those through the agent-line customer service contact on the Promotion tab before closing, because the platform publishes nothing about what happens to a downline when the account above it closes.

When closing is really about stopping

If the reason you want out is that playing has started to cost more money or time than you intended, closing one account is a start but rarely the whole answer: a new account takes minutes to open on this or any similar platform. Ask support whether self-exclusion is available, and add barriers of your own — remove saved wallet details, uninstall similar apps, and tell someone you trust what you are doing.

Our responsible gaming page lists warning signs and free, confidential places to talk to someone. If you already have a new sign-up page open somewhere, that page is worth reading first.

Frequently asked questions

Does uninstalling the 92 Game app delete my account?

No. Uninstalling removes the app from your phone. The account, its balance, its history and any bound payment details stay on the platform, and you can sign back in from any device with the registered number and password.

Is there a delete account button in 92 Game?

The account screens documented for this site — the Account tab, its service centre and Settings — show no self-service delete option. Versions change, so check Settings on your own install. If there is no option, request closure through the in-app Customer Service entry.

What happens to my balance if I close my account?

The platform does not publish a closure policy, so do not assume a remaining balance will be paid out afterwards. Settle it first: withdraw whatever is withdrawable under the turnover rules, and accept that bonus funds with unmet turnover may not be withdrawable at all.

Can I open a new account later with the same number?

The platform does not publish whether a closed number can be reused. Its activity rules also restrict new-member offers to once per phone number, payment method and IP address, so a later account on the same details should not expect new-member rewards.

Can this site delete my 92 Game account?

No. This is an independent demonstration site with no access to the platform or any account. Demo accounts created here live only in your own browser, and clearing your browser data removes them.
